Compressed Air Walkthrough Assessments

A short assessment with a Pneu-Logic compressed air expert performing a detailed system walkthrough. A report will be generated that includes estimated baseline energy consumption figures, recommendations for improvement and estimated cost savings. Photo documentation included whenever possible.

Energy Baseline Assessment

Building upon the Compressed Air Walkthrough Assessment, this next step introduces monitoring data gathered over a specified timeframe (1-2 weeks). Operational compressors and other compressed air system-related equipment are monitored for energy consumption, output flow (where possible), and various discharge and system pressures.

Compressed Air System Assessment

The most comprehensive engineering assessment that includes all components of the walkthrough and energy baseline assessments, as well as analysis and simulation of the improvement recommendations. A comprehensive, multi-page report includes baseline descriptions, detailed recommendation descriptions and savings projections, as well as analysis methodology and simulation results.
